We do not retain Client platform credentials beyond the engagement period.

  • Client and engagement records: retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes
  • Campaign and reporting data: retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 2 years post-engagement for reference and guarantee evaluation purposes
